How the Spicetable works?

Steps involved in the process:

• By filling the input values for the “POST CODE” and the “ORGIN” field and a click on the “SEARCH” button in the “HOME” page we will see a list of available restaurant showing like the figure below.
  
  
  
  
• The fig also suggest 4 button to be click(“ DELIVERY”, “COLLECTION”,”RSERVATION”, “ADD TO FAVOURITE”)
  
  
  
  
• The “ADD TO FAVOURITE” will be used to find shortly the restaurants to order.

N.B. Here we can also give feed back to our favorite restaurants by selection a restaurant (using check box).

• The “Reservation button” will be used to take us to the “RSERVATION FORM” details has been explained in the “How to make a Reservation” section in this document mentioned below.

How to sign up in Spicetable?






Steps involved in the process:


1. After click on the “Sign UP” we will see a form like the above which will help us to sign up with the spicetable.com.
2. Please make sure to put a valid “Post Code”, “Email address”. Because these are the fields which will be use very often in the spicetable.com to make a successful order.




3. Finally by clicking on the “SUBMIT” button will confirm the signup completion just like the below.

N.B. After the form submission to spicetable.com , an email will be send to the email address provided on the signup form. We need to Check Email for the details.

How to Login in Spicetable?

Steps involved in the process:

1. We need to input values for the “EMAIL” and the “PASSWORD” field after that we need to click on the “LOGIN” button.
2. After LOGIN following things can be happened depending on the criteria listed below.
• If we login after just opening the site, it will take us to the page like below. Which is the “MY ACCOUNT” page containing my profiles, details of last order, list of favorite restaurant and reservation information.

Reservation: you can see the all reservation information. See Fig:B

Favorite: You can add favorite restaurant to order shortly. See Fig:C

Order: You can see the information of your previous all orders. See Fig:D

• If we login after adding some order to our cart, then it will take us to “PAYMENT PAGE-(fig: 1)” or “SEARCH PAGE-(fig: 2)” or “DETAILS PAGE-(fig: 3)” (below are the listed page) i.e., the page we were before the login.

How to make a Reservation?


Steps involved in the process:

1. We need to input values for the “POST CODE” and the “ORGIN” field after that we need to click on the “SEARCH” button.
2. After click we will see a list of restaurant (with reservation facilities) like below.



3. Now we need to click the “RESERVATION” button to enable the reservation form like below.



4. Now we need to fill up the form with the details that asked for.

And while filling the form we need to give attention to the “DATE”, “Total Guests”, and “EMAIL”, “PHONE or MOBILE” fields.

5. After “SUBMIT” an confirmation email will be send to the email address provided on the form.

 How to contact US?



Steps involved in the process::

1. After click on the “Contact Us” we will see a form like the above which will help us to contact with the spicetable.com.
2. Query details to be write in “Comments, suggestions, questions etc “ field. Please make sure to put a valid email address.
3. Finally by clicking on the “SEND” button will confirm the Query Request.

N.B. After the query submitted to the spicetable.com , requested query answer or support will be send to the email address provided on the contact form as soon as possible.




How to make Payment?



Steps involved in the process:

1. Details of the selected items, Total amount to be paid for the order are given here.

N.B.  if we want to remove an order we just need to click on the “X” cross button in the BLUE boxes.

1. Here we have to make sure that our location is in the range of the restaurant “DELIVERY RANGE” otherwise we can’t make an order.
2. We also need to check the “Delivery Time” i.e. how soon we want to have the delivery.
3. If everything is clear, we can click on the “PAYPAL” button to take us to the “pay pal secure payment site” where the payment will be done to the Spicetable account.
4. If everything goes well a details of the “ORDER” will be sent the “LOGED USER” email Address.
